FAQ

Can the Activated Carbon Be Regenerated and Reused?

Pelletized and granular activated carbon can be regenerated after saturation through washing or thermal desorption, depending on the adsorbate and application, helping reduce long-term replacement costs.

Can the Activated Carbon Be Modified for Specific Applications?

Yes. Acid/base modification and metal-component loading are available for application-specific grades used in desulfurization, decolorization, formaldehyde removal and catalytic adsorption.

What Is the Lead Time for Custom Orders?

Standard specification customization typically takes 7–10 working days. Special modifications and non-standard sizes require lead-time confirmation based on production scheduling.

Can Specifications Be Adjusted After Initial Customization?

Yes. Based on field trial results, iodine number, particle size and adsorption parameters can be further adjusted to match changing operating conditions.

Can You Provide Samples for Pilot Testing?

Yes. 500 g–5 kg sample packs are available for laboratory or on-site pilot testing to verify performance under actual operating conditions.
