Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

Can you supply granular, powdered and pelletized bamboo activated carbon?
Yes. These are among the product forms available within our bamboo-based carbon portfolio. We can also discuss honeycomb or modified grades for suitable projects. The precise grade, quantity and lead time are confirmed during the inquiry.
Can you match a specification for iodine number, ash, hardness or mesh size?
Send us your targets and test methods. We can review iodine number, BET, CTC adsorption, methylene blue adsorption, ash, moisture, hardness, particle size and form. Some requirements may conflict, so feasibility and acceptance limits need to be agreed for the final grade.
Do you offer samples, technical datasheets and COAs?
Sample availability and documents such as TDS, SDS, COA and batch test reports depend on the product and project. Include the tests, document language and intended use in your request so we can confirm what is available.
What information do you need for an export quotation?
Please include the destination country or port, intended use, estimated order quantity, required specifications, packaging preference and Incoterms if known. Freight costs, minimum order quantities and lead times are quoted against the actual order rather than as a universal fixed figure.
How do I know whether a grade will work in my process?
Iodine number and BET are useful screening data, but they do not predict performance on their own. We recommend checking the target contaminant, flow rate, temperature, humidity or water chemistry, residence time and operating costs. For demanding duties, use a sample or pilot test to confirm suitability.
